Reserve in, token out
A verified participant deposits eligible reserve value through authorized channels. Once settlement is confirmed, the mint controller authorizes issuance — never before.
Reserve-backed settlement token
$CHINA is designed as a 1:1 reserve-backed settlement asset. Value comes first; tokens come second. No deposit, no mint — no reserve, no supply.
Lifecycle
A verified participant deposits eligible reserve value through authorized channels. Once settlement is confirmed, the mint controller authorizes issuance — never before.
$CHINA moves between eligible wallets, merchants and platforms with sub-second finality. Gas is paid in USDC, so the cost of a transfer is known in advance. Transfers never create new supply.
A holder submits $CHINA to the redemption contract. The tokens are permanently burned and the equivalent reserve value is released. Deterministic finality means the burn is final when the block is.
Circulating $CHINA ≤ eligible reserve value — always.
*Provided equivalent eligible reserves exist. The protocol can begin at zero — no pre-mined speculative supply, ever.
The token
Fully reserved, redeemable at par, and final in under a second.
Struck against value
No reserve, no mint. Supply exists because a deposit does.
Destroyed on exit
Tokens do not accumulate in a treasury. They cease to exist.
Built for Arc
Dollar-denominated fees. Deterministic finality. Standard EVM.
Running today
While licensing and banking proceed, the mint / redeem / burn loop is deployed and running on a public EVM testnet. Worthless collateral, no reserves, no promises — just the machinery, verifiable by anyone. The same contracts deploy unchanged to Arc once the legal structure permits it.
Deposit a faucet token, receive an equal amount of demo tokens. Return them, and they are burned as your collateral comes back. The vault holds the collateral itself, so backing isn't attested — it's just true, and you can read it from the chain.
The contracts refuse to deploy anywhere except a testnet. That guard is in the code, not in a policy document.
Proof of reserves
Supply on Arc is publicly monitorable, block by block. Independent attestation covers the other half: the reserve. Together they hold one invariant — circulating $CHINA ≤ eligible reserve value — and on a chain with deterministic finality, the supply figure you read is final rather than probabilistic.
Smart-contract architecture
No single key, no single contract, no single point of discretion. Each critical function lives in its own module with institutional-grade authorization. Arc’s EVM execution layer means these contracts deploy unchanged across Arc, Ethereum and Base — nothing in the design is chain-specific.
Balances, transfers and supply accounting at 6 decimals, matching USDC so Arc-native integrators need no special handling. Minting and burning only through authorized calls.
The only path to new supply. Verifies that reserve funding is confirmed before any mint authorization is generated.
Receives tokens submitted for redemption and permanently burns them as reserve release is authorized.
Where legally required: KYC/KYB, AML and sanctions screening, wallet screening, transfer restrictions, jurisdiction controls, and account freezing or recovery under legal mandate.
Connects verified reserve information to the public dashboard without exposing confidential banking data.
Critical administrative actions require multi-party institutional authorization — never control by a single private key.
Reserve vs. DEX liquidity
If 100M $CHINA exists, the project does not need $100M sitting inside a liquidity pool. The reserve carries the redemption obligation in full; smaller concentrated CHINA/USDC pools on Arc serve day-to-day secondary trading. Two markets, two jobs — and because USDC is Arc’s native gas asset, the pairing is the chain’s most natural one.
The peg mechanism
$CHINA doesn't manufacture artificial scarcity. Convertibility is the anchor: whenever the market drifts from $1, the primary market pays qualified participants to pull it back.
Buying pressure plus shrinking supply pushes the market back toward parity.
Fresh supply meets the excess demand and pushes the market back toward parity.
Built differently
No second token is algorithmically created to defend the reference value. The anchor is convertibility against real reserve assets.
Authorized circulating supply is intended to correspond one-for-one to eligible reserves, reconciled through independent attestation.
The protocol can begin at zero. Tokens are created only through authorized issuance — supply follows adoption, not tokenomics.
Pools serve secondary trading. The reserve and the primary redemption facility carry the fundamental $1 mechanism.
Primary market access
Both doors of the primary market are gated: eligibility, verification and compliance come before any movement of value. Settlement on Arc completes in under a second once authorised, so the delay a participant experiences is compliance and banking — never block time.
You deposit $1,000,000 → reserve confirmed → you receive 1,000,000 $CHINA. No authorized token exists before its funding does.
250,000 $CHINA in → 250,000 burned → $250,000 settlement value out, subject to fees, settlement procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ecosystem
Arc is built for this category of use — institutional settlement where the unit of account is a dollar, not a volatile asset.
For businesses & developers
Integrate $CHINA into platforms, marketplaces and applications. The contracts are standard EVM, so existing Ethereum tooling works unchanged on Arc. The transparency endpoints are public and unauthenticated by design — anyone can verify the numbers without asking us for access.
Supply model
Most tokens start by choosing a number — one billion, twenty-one million — and distributing it. A settlement token cannot work that way. Supply must equal the reserve, so it is set by demand and nothing else.
Every allocation line reads zero because any non-zero line would be supply without backing. $CHINA needs no gas token of its own: on Arc, fees are paid in USDC.
A settlement token that can appreciate is not a settlement token. Holding it is designed to be uneventful.
Economic model
The reserve exists for one purpose: supporting the redemption obligation. Reserve principal is never treated as operating revenue. The business earns on the infrastructure around it.
The objective is not to manufacture token demand — it is to manufacture utility.
Security architecture
The system is designed so that no single failure — a stolen key, a compromised server, a dishonest operator — can create tokens that aren't backed. Each control below is implemented, not aspirational.
Built for more than crypto
$CHINA is designed to connect traditional financial infrastructure with programmable settlement. Arc’s institutional orientation — dollar-denominated fees, deterministic finality, opt-in privacy — is the reason it is the target network rather than a general-purpose chain. Potential participants: banks, payment providers, asset managers, tokenization platforms, RWA issuers, exchanges, market makers, merchants, mobility companies and fintech platforms.
Where the build actually stands
Every item is in one of three states: built and tested, code-complete but waiting on a counterparty, or impossible to finish by writing software. Nothing is rounded up. The mechanism itself is already live on a testnet — what remains is almost entirely licensing, banking and assurance.
A testnet deployment does not shorten this list. It removes the regulated activity rather than the regulation: no real money enters, nothing is sold, no redemption is promised. That is a useful place to be while the rest proceeds — not a shortcut past it.
Phased rollout
Nothing is issued until the issuer, reserve, custody and redemption model is approved for each operating jurisdiction. Scroll to walk the path.
Key risk factors
A credible settlement asset names its risks plainly. These are the principal risks that would apply to $CHINA — none of them are eliminated by the design, only managed by it.
Licensing may be delayed, denied or revoked; laws may change; $CHINA may never launch, or may be restricted or withdrawn in some or all jurisdictions.
Reserves depend on banks and custodians. Failure, insolvency or freezing of a reserve counterparty could impair redemption despite segregation measures.
Secondary-market prices can deviate from the $1 reference value, especially under stress or thin liquidity. Arbitrage incentives reduce, but do not guarantee against, deviation.
Bugs, exploits, oracle failures, network congestion or key-management failures could result in loss, even after independent audits.
Redemption is subject to eligibility, verification, fees, processing times and legal gates. Access is not instant and not unconditional.
Arc is a young network. Settling primarily on one chain concentrates exposure to its validator set, client software and operational maturity. EVM compatibility means redeployment elsewhere is possible, but migrating live supply and liquidity is disruptive and slow.
Using USDC for gas inherits exposure to USDC itself. A disruption to USDC — a depeg, a freeze, an issuer event — would affect the ability to transact on Arc regardless of the state of $CHINA’s own reserve.
Compliance actions such as wallet freezing under legal mandate, business failure of RWA INC, or attestation gaps could affect holders.
Legal & regulatory structure
RWA INC treats the legal architecture as part of the product. $CHINA will not be publicly described as a regulated stablecoin, and no redemption will be guaranteed, until every question below is answered in the final, approved structure.
Frequently asked questions
No. $CHINA is a pre-launch concept of RWA INC. No token has been issued, no reserves exist, and nothing is for sale. Anything claiming to sell "$CHINA" today is not this project.
Not yet. The design requires a licensed issuer, approved custody and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal approval before launch — that work is Phase I of the rollout, and no regulator has reviewed or endorsed this page.
By design, eligible high-quality liquid assets — cash, bank deposits, regulated settlement assets and short-duration government securities — held so that circulating supply never exceeds reserve value. The final composition depends on the approved legal structure.
$1 is the reference value, anchored by the redemption mechanism — but redemption is subject to eligibility, verification, fees, settlement procedures and applicable law, and no guarantee can be made until the final legal structure exists. See the risk factors above.
No. $CHINA is a proposed USD-referenced settlement asset by RWA INC. It has no affiliation with any government, central bank or state-issued digital currency, including the People's Bank of China or the e-CNY.
There is no second token and no algorithm manufacturing scarcity. The anchor is convertibility against real reserves: deposit $1 to mint, redeem to burn. If demand is zero, supply is zero.
Only verified, eligible participants in permitted jurisdictions, under definitive terms published by the licensed issuer. Retail eligibility will depend on the final regulatory structure per jurisdiction.
No. The testnet alpha proves the mint, redeem and burn mechanism using worthless faucet collateral that anyone can mint. Nothing there is redeemable for money and no reserves exist. The contracts are written so they cannot be deployed outside a testnet. It is a rehearsal, not a launch.
No, and it would be a mistake to try. Regulators assess what a system does economically, not how it is architected. A contract with no admin key is still an issuer if it takes deposits and promises redemption, and founders of dollar-pegged protocols have been held personally responsible despite permissionless code. Taking real money for a dollar-referenced claim requires authorisation whichever way it is built.
No. The platform is built and tested internally, including invariant fuzzing on the rule that supply can never exceed reserves, but two independent audits, formal verification and a penetration test are still outstanding. They are prerequisites for launch, and the reports will be published.
Four separate things: the contract refuses to mint past the attested reserve, a daily cap limits any single day's issuance, every mint needs a second approver enforced at the database level, and a reconciler halts issuance automatically if the books and the chain disagree. The signing key is held in hardware and restricted to specific functions.
Two ways: on-chain supply is publicly monitorable at any time, and independent attestations of the reserve will be published on a regular cadence. The dashboard on this page shows the intended format with sample figures.
